In Denmark, you must order no later than 21/12/23 at. 14:00 for delivery before Christmas.
To the rest of the EU, you must order by 15/12/23 at. 12:00 for delivery before Christmas.
To countries outside the EU, you must order by 05/12 at. 12:00 for delivery before Christmas.
We offer that you can exchange your Christmas presents for free until January 14, 2024.
We exchange gifts purchased from 23/11 until 24/12.
If you want the money back we have 14 days return policy as normal, then you have doubts about the money to return for the gift then we recommend that you wait as long as possible to buy your Christmas presents.
